Background & Bio

Vishnu has dedicated his career to sustainable development, aligning market-driven solutions with positive environmental and social outcomes. His passion for climate action began while working with agriculture startups in South India, where he supported the deployment of innovations aimed at strengthening vulnerable farming communities. This experience led him into the carbon markets, where he joined Cloverly to help build the digital infrastructure needed to scale the market, surfacing critical project data and fostering connections among key participants.

At Carbon Direct, Vishnu provides technical and commercial guidance to climate leaders pursuing high-impact carbon removal strategies. His work allows project developers to secure financing, scale their solutions, and contribute to the maturation of the carbon market. 

Outside of work, Vishnu is an amateur forester and a proud Atlantan.
