Earlier in her career, Lulu worked at the Climate Action Reserve, supporting the California Compliance Market and contributing to the development of voluntary protocols for forestry and super pollutants. She also gained strategic experience at Rivian Automotive, where she focused on operational efficiency initiatives within the electric vehicle sector.

Across her seven years in carbon markets, Lulu has built expertise across compliance and voluntary mechanisms, carbon procurement strategy, and securing commercial partnerships.
