Jackie Rothwell

Jackie is a Chemical Engineer with over a decade of experience in major capital projects globally, spanning diverse technologies.

Before joining Carbon Direct, Jackie developed a strong foundation in upstream oil and gas, working across the full project lifecycle from concept development to commissioning and start-up. She developed subject matter expertise in carbon forecasting and decarbonization pathways, developing tools and methodologies and conducting decarbonization studies for global assets. More recently, her experience expanded to a global portfolio of clean hydrogen, CCS, and biofuels projects, providing a deep understanding of key enablers and challenges faced. Her extensive background in carbon forecasting, asset decarbonization studies, and new energy projects has led itself to the development of comprehensive corporate decarbonization pathways.
